THREE WAYS TO BOOK YOUR GLOW APPOINTMENTS

OPTION ONE: Online System

Book through our online system. Instructions for setting up your account for existing and new customers are below.

OPTION TWO: Mobile App

Book through our mobile app. Instructions for setting up your account are below, then download our iPhone or Android app.

OPTION THREE: Call Us

Call us at 650.458.9725. 

Some services require booking by phone, so don't hesitate to call.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
ACCESS YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT

To book online you must first set your password for your existing Glow account (the one we use to book your appointments now). Follow the instructions below to get your password.

  • Enter your email address.

  • If your email address is in the Glow system, you will see the screen below. Check your email and click the link to set a new password, create your Account Profile and add Payment details. See the process to the right for specific instructions.

  • If your email address is not in the Glow system, you may try another email address or click Cancel and create a New Account using the process to the right.

  • Once you have recovered your password or created a new account, you're ready to book! Select the service you'd like to book from the tabs at the top and follow the instructions.

  • You may also download our iPhone app or Android app and book appointments directly from the app. Please note, only one service at a time can be booked from the apps.

To book online you must first create a Glow account.

  • Go to the Glow Booking Website

  • Log in with your Facebook account -or-

  • Enter your email address under "Create an Account"

  • Choose Next

  • Enter your account information and choose Create Account

  • Add your payment information and choose Resolve

  • You're ready to book! Select the service you'd like to book from the tabs at the top and follow the instructions.

  • You may also download our iPhone app or Android app and book appointments directly from the app. Please note, only one service at a time can be booked from the apps.
