APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

We do not book appointments online. Please call the salon directly. Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. We strive to make courtesy reminder calls 24 hours prior to your appointment, however, it is your responsibility to attend your appointment as scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

We will do our best to complete your scheduled treatment, but we cannot compromise our next appointment. You will be charged in full for all services booked.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life gets hectic. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours to avoid being charged 100% of your scheduled services.

GLOW GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be purchased in any amount and used for product or services. Gift cards are like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
